When can I move in?
Once a storage unit that suits your needs is available, and you’ve completed the rental agreement, provided the required documentation, and received your passcode, you can move in at any time during normal access hours.
How much notice is required before I move out?
All contracts are month-to-month, but we ask for a 10-day notice before moving out.
What documentation is required to rent a space?
You’ll need to provide a government-issued photo ID, such as a driver’s license, state ID, or passport.
Do I need to sign a long-term lease?
No, we offer month-to-month rentals with no long-term commitment. There are no hidden fees, and we focus on providing a straightforward storage experience.
Do I need someone in the office to let me through the security gates?
No, once you sign the rental agreement, you’ll receive a personal security passcode that grants you access during normal access hours.
How do I make a payment?
You can pay in person, mail a check or money order, or pay online through our website. We also offer an automatic payment option through credit card, checking, or savings account.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept checks, money orders, VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and cash.
How do I know how much storage space I need?
Are there any items I can’t store?
For safety reasons, we do not allow liquids, explosives, flammable liquids, toxic materials, perishables, or food items (for both humans and pets). When storing a vehicle, make sure the fuel tank is empty. If you’re unsure about an item, contact us for clarification.
Do you provide dollies?
Yes, we offer complimentary dollies for your use when moving in.
